Ronak Vyas
Co-founder, Chief Technology Officer
Ronak Vyas is the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and co-founder of Lead Bank.
Previously, he was Head of Engineering at Block, Inc, where he led engineering for Square Capital, Block’s small-business lending program. At Block, he also led the engineering teams that built the banking infrastructure for Square Financial Services (SFS), Block’s internal bank. Prior to Block, he was VP of Engineering at Yahoo!, where he led engineering for some of Yahoo’s most popular products, including Yahoo! Mail, Messaging and Flickr. While at Yahoo!, Ronak spearheaded the effort to re-architect the entire Yahoo! Mail platform, one of the largest systems in the world serving hundreds of millions of daily users and supporting hundreds of billions of daily transactions.
Previously, Ronak held multiple engineering leadership roles at VeriSign, EXP Systems and Sabre.
Ronak holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from BITS, Pilani, India and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.
