Kris Dickson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lead Bank.
Previously, she spent 10 years managing the operational wind-down at the post-bankruptcy estate of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., where she served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. In these roles, Kris was responsible for finance and accounting, treasury, SEC and bankruptcy court reporting, creditor relations, human resources, information technology, insurance risk management, and facilities.
Prior to Lehman, she spent 11 years at Willis Towers Watson in a variety of finance and operational roles, including Northeast Regional Financial Officer, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Kris also served in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Telecom Investment Banking groups at Citigroup Inc.
Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Chewy, Inc. Kris also serves on the Board of Trustees and as Endowment Chair for the Chatham Education Foundation, a NJ-based nonprofit, and on the Finance Committee of Village Community School in New York City.
