“Covid Stops Here” Initiative Recognizes Organizations with 70% Workforce Vaccination
(KANSAS CITY, MO) August 2021 Kansas City’s community-minded, independent commercial bank been, Lead Bank, has received a bronze level COVID Stops Here designation for achieving a 70% workforce vaccination rate from the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Chamber’s COVID Stops Here campaign celebrates Missouri workplaces that have achieved widespread vaccination of at least 70%.
It is critical that Missourians work together to stop the spread of the coronavirus — including the dangerous new Delta variant. The Missouri Chamber will continue to recognize vaccinated organizations and encourage more organizations to join their ranks.
Effective as of August 25, 2021, Lead Bank announced that the COVID-19 vaccine is required for all employees. “With the progression to ensure that we have a healthy and safe work environment, we have decided to proceed with requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for all Lead Bankers. This new policy strives to create an environment that is safe for everyone, so we can focus on our culture, values, clients, and strategic initiatives and what we are truly here for,” says Angela Blackburn, Director of People.
