"It's an honor to be recognized by the Inc. 5000 and to earn our place alongside such diverse and successful companies," said Josh Rowland, CEO, and vice-chairman of Lead Bank. “This honor is truly a reflection of our employees' dedication and character, and to our communities whose trust enables us to innovate and grow, “Josh added.
Lead Bank has been recognized as a "Best Place to Work" from the Kansas City Business Journal and was the 2018 recipient of the coveted Small Business of the Year Award through the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce. The Bank has also been recognized as a Best Bank to work for through the American Banker Association, and CEO Josh Rowland was named Community Banker of the Year through the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) and by Banking Innovation as one of the 10 Most Innovative CEOS in 2018.
Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000.
