Lead Bank Announces Joshua Rowland as CEO and Welcomes Three New Board Members

KANSAS CITY, MO (MARCH 2017) Lead Bank has announced the appointment of Joshua Rowland to Chief Executive Officer and has welcomed three new members to their Board of Directors; Christian Arnold, Maureen Mahoney and Ursula Terrasi. Mr. Rowland assumed the title and responsibilities of CEO of Lead Bank effective January 2017 and replaces William Bryant who is now serving as the Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Arnold, Ms. Mahoney and Ms. Terrasi join Andrew Teigen on the Lead Bank Board of Directors. Mr. Teigen is currently the longest serving independent director on the board and is Senior Vice President of Client Development for Hays Companies. For the past 10 years, he has been responsible for the management of key client relationships, which include notable Fortune 500 companies. “Our three new Board members embody the spirit of community and bring immense talent, expertise and energy to the table. We are very fortunate to have them on our team as we look toward 2017 and beyond,” said Ms. Rowland.

Before founding Clockwork Architecture + Design 12 years ago,  Christian Arnold was a design director in the Boston office for the largest architectural firm in the country. He has managed the design and construction of more than $3 billion in commercial real estate. Mr. Arnold is involved in several national and local not-for-profits, including DIFFA, Muscular Dystrophy Association, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, Coldwater Village, River Market Community Improvement District, Boys and Girls Clubs, KVC, Halo Foundation, Operation Breakthrough and Saint Therese.

Maureen Mahoney, currently serving as Chief of Staff to Mayor Mark Holland at the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas, is a fourth-generation Wyandotte County resident. She has worked as a lawyer predominately in child welfare as General Counsel for KVC Behavioral Health, and most recently as a Guardian ad Litem representing children in foster care in Wyandotte County before joining Mayor Holland in 2013. She has served as a director on the boards of numerous organizations including Wyandotte Mental Health Center (now Wyandot Inc.), Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health System as well as MOCSA, and currently serves as a board member of the Kansas City Area Development Council and a trustee at Pembroke Hill School.

Ursula Terrasi is the owner of Terrasi Living & Scandia Home on the Country Club Plaza. Previously, she has been involved with financial services industry for over 30 years, serving with local, regional and international banks including a member of the Board of Directors for Peoples Savings Bank. Before her move to Kansas City, Ms. Terrasi was Senior Vice-President of Marketing for ABN AMRO Mortgage Group and co-founder of the former Pryor Terrasi & Associates. Among the many professional awards, she has received are Business Woman of Year, The Athena Award, Rising Star of Philanthropy, UCP of Greater Kansas City’s Hats Off To Mothers- Honoree, KC Business Magazine’s List of Most Influential Women and Medical Missions Humanitarian Award.
