How to Use Zelle on the Mobile App | Lead Bank

 

 

 

Get Started

Open the Lead Bank Mobile Banking app. Sign in and tap "Transfer | Send", then follow the simple on screen instructions.

 

Not a Lead Bank Client? You can still send and receive money with Zelle®. Go to zellepay.com to get started.

 
 

How to:

Learn how to send, receive, request, and split a bill with Zelle on the Lead Bank mobile app. 

Send

1. Tap "Transfer | Send" and then "Send."

2. Select or add your trusted recipient and enter the amount.

3. Include an optional note and tap "Send Money."

Receive

(If already enrolled, no steps required to receive).

1. Sign in and tap "Transfer | Send." Then tap "Begin Setup" or "Manage Settings" and follow the instructions.

2. Add the email or U.S mobile number the sender used to send you money.

3. Check your text messages or email for a one-time code, so we can confirm it's you.

4. You're all set! Next time someone sends you money, it will move directly to your account within minutes. [1]

Request

1. Sign in and Tap "Transfer | Send."

2. Select "Request" and choose from the list of contacts or enter the email address or U.S. mobile number of the person who owes you money. (Note: if your recipient isn't already enrolled with Zelle, you must use their email address).

3. Enter the amount and select deposit account and tap "Continue."

4. Review your request, add an optional message. The recipient will receive your request to send you money. 

Split a bill

1. Sign in and tap "Transfer | Send."

2. Tap "Split" and select or enter the email or U.S. mobile number of the contacts who owe you money. (Note: if your recipient isn't already enrolled with Zelle, you must use their email address).

3. Enter the total you're requesting. Zelle will calculate each person's share equally. You can even manually adjust the amount each person owes.

4. Tap "Request money." The recipients will receive your request to send you money.
