Brooke Clouse
Chief Operating Officer
Brooke Clouse is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Lead Bank.
Beginning her career at Lead as a Teller in 2008, Brooke has over 15 years of experience in retail banking, lending, compliance, payments, vendor risk management, and most recently as COO, where she oversees all global business operations.
A native Kansas Citian, Brooke completed the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions Leadership program in 2022. She was also recognized by Banking Exchange as a 40-under-40 award winner in 2018.
Brooke graduated from the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and completed her Executive Leadership Certification from the University of Wisconsin in 2021. She is also a dog lover and currently serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Furry Kids Refuge.
